1. Nature of Digital Products
All MentorEl products are digital goods delivered electronically.
Once the files are downloaded or accessed, they cannot be returned in the same way as physical items.
For this reason, MentorEl maintains a strict but fair policy regarding refunds.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:
a. Duplicate Purchase
If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once using the same account.
b. Technical Issues Preventing Access
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from downloading or using the product and our support team is unable to resolve it.
c. Misrepresentation or Incorrect Product Delivery
If the delivered product does not match its description or you received the wrong file.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, we cannot issue refunds in these cases:
- You changed your mind after purchasing
- You expected features not described on the product page
- You do not have compatible software or hardware to use the product
- You downloaded the product successfully
- You purchased the product for “trial” or “preview” purposes
- You claim dissatisfaction but do not provide any information for troubleshooting
Once a digital file is delivered, access cannot be revoked—therefore consumption of the product makes it non-refundable unless the issue falls under Section 2.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund when eligible, please contact our support team :

- Your full name
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- A detailed explanation of the issue
- Screenshots or error messages if applicable
We review all refund requests within 3–5 business days.

If you encounter any difficulties accessing or using a MentorEl product:

- We will provide troubleshooting steps
- If the issue cannot be resolved, we may issue a refund under Section 2(b)

6. Updates and Product Improvements
All purchases include lifetime access to the version of the product you bought.
If an update or correction is released, you may download it at no additional cost.
Major new editions or expansions may be sold separately.
7. Fraud Prevention
MentorEl reserves the right to deny refunds if there is evidence of:
- Abuse of the refund system
- Attempted chargeback fraud
- Unauthorized distribution or sharing of product files
